Resting alongside the Sanctuary Lakes golf course, The Clubhouse is a resort-style residence that expresses refined luxury through a timeless and cohesive design language. Developed in close collaboration with NTF Architecture, the NBLA landscape is grounded in a rich material palette of sand-toned brick, charred timber, and travertine, seamlessly connecting interior and exterior spaces with a sense of warmth and permanence. Carefully attuned to its site and climate, the architecture is softened by layered planting and cantilevered balconies that frame expansive views across the golf course and lake. Designed for an established family, the landscape integrates lifestyle amenities such as an outdoor kitchen, brick fireplace, negative-edge pool with tanning ledge, and tennis court. Outdoor spaces extend naturally from the interiors, creating immersive environments for both relaxation and entertaining, while curated plantings, including Silver Birches, Buxus, and Foxgloves, add depth and seasonal interest. Meandering paths set within Dichondra ground cover encourage exploration, reinforcing a connection to the landscape. The result is a home that combines architectural precision with everyday living, offering a deeply personal setting that will continue to evolve with the family over time.
