This exceptional coastal home takes its name from the iconic Norfolk pines that grace the surrounding landscape, reflecting the integration of natural elements with contemporary design.
The front garden of Norfolk is a visual delight, showcasing the native Moonah trees as the centerpiece. These majestic trees are complemented by mounds of underplanting, featuring a curated selection of Verbena bonariensis, Calamagrostis ‘Karl Foerster’, Euphorbia wulfenii and Stachys byzantina ‘Big Ears’.
An exposed aggregate driveway integrates an Endicott Crazy Pave footpath, enhancing the garden’s organic feel. The unique exterior of the home, clad in architectural boardform concrete, is complemented by balcony plantings of bay balls with trailing rosemary, creating a blend of modern and natural aesthetics.
